[아시아뉴스통신=페이 기자] ABS-CBN announced that channels on its digital television service will be stopped airing tonight outside the area of Metro-Manila. This was due to the cease and desist order National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) gave to them.
“ABS-CBN regrets to announce that it will stop its digital transmission of its TVplus channels CineMo, Yey, TeleRadyo, Jeepney TV, Asianovela Channel, and KBO in all other areas outside Metro Manila starting tonight, July 1, while we seek clarification on the scope of the cease and desist order” according to their company statement.
However, TV Plus channel went off air in Metro-Manila since July 1st. The network said CineMo, TeleRadyo, and Jeepney TV are still available on SKYcable. Yet, the NTC also ordered cease and desist order on the same cable owned by Lopez company.
