It read, "Find the spy who infiltrated the organization." The fierce trailer starts with Park Pyung Ho and Kim Jung Ho rushing to stop the president's visit and clashing in an impromptu shoot out. After a fierce battle, Park Pyung Ho and Kim Jung Do, who are respectively in charge of the overseas and domestic teams of the NIS, learn about a spy with the code name Dong Rim who has infiltrated their organization. If they can't find the spy, they risk becoming targets themselves.
What is known about Dong Rim is that they work for the NIS and have a plan to kill the president. However, Park Pyung Ho's colleague Bang Joo Kyung asks, "Can we trust the tip that Dong Rim is in the NIS?" Kim Jung Do's loyal subordinate Jang Chul Sung shows incredible determination to capture Dong Rim and Jo Yoo Jung, a college student under the guidance of Park Pyung Ho, was embroiled in the case. As the investigation intensifies, Park Pyung Ho and Kim Jung Do begin to seriously suspect each other. At the end, one comments, "I am certain that you're Dong Rim."
"Hunt" premiered at the 75th Cannes Film Festival in the Midnight Screening category. The film hits theaters on August 10.
